AroTRON™ CRM Collection and Recoveries project starts at Aspis Bank
Last Changed by George Papardakis, Feb 27, 2009 18:12

Cententia has just started to implement a full-scale solution for collections and recoveries at Aspis Bank, Greece. AroTRON™ CRM Collections and Recoveries will be used to manage the bank's customer base and support full cycle of corporate business processes, from pre-collections, collections, recoveries, pre-legal and legal activity management. All types of accounts will be integrated into AroTRON enterprise repository, including retail and business loans, credit cards and credit limits.

The project includes integration with heterogeneous systems, customer identification and aggregation, migration from existing (mostly unstructured) collections and legal activity information as well as parametric customization of corporate business processes, with the help of AroTRON Rule-based workflow engine.
