CENTENTIA Develops Custom Contact Management Solution for NBGVC

NBGVC is the venture capital subsidiary of the National Bank of Greece (NBG), the largest Greek Bank. Cententia developed for NBGVC a custom contact management solution based on Microsoft Outlook & Exchange Server.

The combination of Exchange Server Public Folders and customization of Outlook standard contacts form allows users at NBGVC to:

1. share a common pool of contacts that interest everyone in the company while maintaining their private contact list and address book
2. define different rights on the common contact pool so that some users cannot delete or modify data on the common pool
3. characterize common contacts using standard attributes
4. include CVs and other detailed data on the contact form
5. search through the common pool using multiple criteria on custom attributes

And, above all, this functionality is offered without loosing anything of the simplicity and user-friendliness of Outlook.
