AroTRON™ CRM Collections at Fiat Credit Hellas & Fidis Bank

Adding to a growing list of impressive customers, Cententia Business Solutions, member of PRC Group - The Management House (www.cententia.com) announced that Fiat Credit Hellas and Fidis Bank, two prestigious companies in the area of car leasing and financing, successfully implemented Cententia's AroTRON™ Collections & Recoveries solution. The implementation was a joint effort with IBM (prime contractor) which was also responsible for implementing SAP ERP in both companies.

The implementation includes a fully automated interface connector for two-way data integration between AroTRON™ and the SAP ERP, and a connector with the specialized solution LANSA. Other important features include the following:

• Specialized reporting capabilities with an emphasis on bucket aging and bucket flow analysis
• Supports the process of keeping external partners (e.g. law offices) up-to-date with regards to information related to new assignments, operator actions, payment promises, comments etc.
• Supports the complete lifecycle of automotive confiscation process
• Supports specialized customer requests ( e.g. requests for transfer of ownership)
